Our Prescription for a great session.

  • Please arrive at least 5 minutes before class to allow time to check in, store belongings, fill your water bottle, equip yourself with mandatory grip socks and set up your Reformer.

First-time clients should arrive at least 10 minutes early.

For safety and operational standards, the room closes 5 minutes after the class start time.

Late arrivals will not be admitted.

Exceptional circumstances can be discussed with the Studio Manager at reception.

If a class is in process when you arrive, please enter quietly.

    • Classes should be booked in advance due to limited Reformers.

    • Your spot is confirmed only once payment is completed.

    • We have a 12-hour cancellation policy. Late cancellations are non-refundable. Please cancel online to release your spot to the waitlist.

  • The studio is a shoe-free space. Please leave shoes in the designated area.

Pilates grip socks are mandatory for hygiene, safety, and performance. If you do not have a pair with you, socks are available for purchase at reception. Clients without grip socks cannot participate.

Please reset equipment after class as instructed by your trainer.

  • We encourage keeping your phone on silent and stored with your personal belongings to fully enjoy and engage in your class experience. If you bring your phone into the practice room, we ask that any content be recorded before or after class, not during, to respect client privacy and the work of the Prescription Method and our trainers.

Please ensure you have permission from anyone captured before sharing content publicly. Prescription is not responsible for any personal belongings left unattended in the studio.

  • All pre/post-natal clients must provide medical clearance in the form of a note from their doctor or healthcare provider before participating in any class.

For the safety of our clients and trainers, we are unable to make exceptions to this requirement.

If you have any medical conditions, injuries, or health concerns, please inform the studio team prior to attending class so we can best support your practice.
